Tell us the hotel and your dates
Start typing the hotel and pick it from the list, then choose your check-in and check-out dates.
There are no room categories to wade through and nothing else to fill in. If the hotel is already sold out for your dates, that is exactly when RoomSpotter is most useful.
We spot the room for you
Your alert goes live straight away and RoomSpotter keeps checking the hotel around the clock, day and night, without you lifting a finger.
Cancellations rarely happen at convenient hours. Deposits fall through, plans change, and rooms quietly return to sale — often in the middle of the night and often only for a few hours.
You hear the moment a room opens
As soon as a room becomes bookable for your dates, we send your alert with a direct link to the hotel with your dates already loaded.
From there you book it yourself, in your own name, with your own preferences and payment details — usually within a couple of minutes of the alert landing.
